Receive your unique raffle ticket number - this will be sent by email and is also available in your POTBUX Dashboard.
There is a cut-off time for each draw.
For postal entries, if your entry is received after that cut-off date, you will receive Credits to spend on future raffles, if you are correctly registered on our system.

If the draw does not sell out, it will still be conducted at the advertised time, regardless of whether the tickets sell out. The odds will just be even better for everyone who participates!

Winners are 100% randomly selected from all eligible tickets.
Every ticket purchased is allocated a raffle number.
POTBUX uses a random number generator computer to pick the winning number.
We then announce the winner on our social media, as well as by email and phone number.

We contact all winners by phone and email. Please make sure you have subscribed to our emails and registered a phone number with us, otherwise we won’t be able to contact you.
You have 28 days to claim your prize so keep an eye out for messages from POTBUX.

Yes please! We love receiving recommendations from our customers. Please simply make a comment on our social media pages or contact us, and our team will see.

After your win, we will arrange with you to work out the best way to get your prize to you ASAP.

We may meet you in person to present you with your prize, usually within 15 days of your win. The POTBUX team likes to celebrate your win, so we may meet you at an agreed location to do a formal handover. Pictures and videos of the handover will be posted on our social media pages. We may alternatively send you your prize via post.

Yes. We only accept customers who are over 18 years old.

All users are required to fill in their first and second name when they register so that we can ensure that the prize will be rightfully claimed.

While we are looking to be as transparent as possible, we always make the privacy of customers our top priority. If for any reason you choose to change the name in our system, please let us know by emailing us. We’re happy for you to do so, and we will maintain a record of your identity change within our systems.

Please note if your name is incorrect in our records, but you have not informed us in advance, then you run the risk of forfeiting your prize if we cannot verify that you are the actual player.
